Der Sommer ist nun auch in Seoul offiziell zu Ende. Es sind zwar noch immer 25 – 30°C aber es werden schon die Herbstsachen aus der Versenkung geholt, teilweise die Pudelmützen ausgepackt und getragen und in den Büros wurden die gelockerten allgemein gültigen Richtlinien zum Tragen einer Krawatte im Sommer aufgehoben und es besteht wieder Krawattentragpflicht.
